Where To Book?＋

Online	You can use only VISA or MasterCard , or PayPay(QR code payment) on the booking site. Click “BOOKING” to select your preferred route. Please make a booking for each vehicle. From two days before the boarding date, you can display your boarding ticket on your mobile phone. If it is difficult to display or if you do not have a smartphone, please provide the reservation number to the staff at the ticket counter. The reservation number consists of 6 digits and 1 letter. If you would like to change your booking information, you can do so from the My Page section. Please complete booking for the ferry service at least 30 minutes before the ferry departure time.

Method	Premium seats can only be reserved through online booking. If there are available seats, you can also purchase tickets at the counter on the day of departure.

Method	Please book early by e-mail or on the hotline. Reservations can be made from six month prior to departure

Booking Cancellation	You have booked online? Please log into the online booking page. Click “取消(Cancel The Booking)”. You have booked by hotline? Please call us to cancel your booking.
Booking Change	You have booked online? Please log into the online booking page. Click “詳細・変更（Details/Change）and “変更する”(Change The Booking)”. You have booked by hotline? Please call us to cancel your booking.

Possibility of Cancellation	We may cancel the ferry schedule due to bad weather. If the cancellation happens, we will send you a SMS message to notify every passenger who has made a booking for our ferry service.
