Method Book online or the hotline
Remarks Please complete booking for the ferry service at least 4 hours before the ferry departure time.
You might not be able to board without a booking during Weekends/Public Holidays.
Foot Passengers
Method Book online or the hotline only during the High-Seasons
Remarks You must make a booking during High-Seasons(the New-Year’s holidays, Golden Week, etc.).
We will inform you about the period of the High-Seasons on our website at least 2months in advance.
Reserved Seat/Stateroom
Nobi Nobi Seat You do not need to book in advance as it is a non-reserved seat.
Ryclining Seat It is reserved seats only during the High-Seasons.
Make a booking by email or on the hotline until 12:00PM the day before your preferred ferry service.
Box Seat It is reserved seats only during the High-Seasons.
Make a booking by email or on the hotline until 12:00PM the day before your preferred ferry service.
Single Koshitsu Make a booking by email or on the hotline until 12:00PM the day before your preferred ferry service.
Please tell the ticket counter that you have booked a Single Koshitsu on the day of your boarding.
Tourist Seki Make a booking by email or on the hotline until 12:00PM the day before your preferred ferry service.
Please tell the ticket counter that you have booked a Tourist Seki on the day of your boarding.
Group of more than 15 people
Method Please book early by e-mail or on the hotline before the tickets are sold-out.


Where To Book?

Online
  • Click “BOOKING” to select your preferred route.
  • Please make a booking for each vehicle.
  • Please print out your boarding application form as a hardcopy and present it to the ticket counter on the day of your boarding and we will give you a discount for the car. Note that we accept only the hardcopy.
  • If you would like to change your booking information, please call us.
  • Please contact us to make a booking for the reserved seat/stateroom separately.

You have booked online?
  1. Please log into the online booking page.
  2. Click the 8-digit number in the row “予約番号(Booking No.)”.
  3. Click “予約のキャンセル(Cancel The Booking)”.
You have booked by hotline?
Please call us to cancel your booking.
Booking Change Please call us to change your booking.
In the case of an online booking, please cancel it through the online booking page and rebook the ferry service with updated details.

Note

Possibility of Cancellation We may cancel the ferry schedule due to bad weather. If the cancellation happens, we will send you an SMS message to notify every passenger who has made a booking for our ferry service.
