Booking Guide

Where to book?
Online
  • Online booking can be made using VISA or MasterCard issued within Japan ,or through PayPay payment. In case you don’t have any cards issued in Japan, you can get ticket through KK Day booking service.
  • Click “BOOKING” to select your preferred route.
  • Please make a booking for each vehicle.
  • From two days before the boarding date, you can display your boarding ticket on your mobile phone. If it is difficult to display or if you do not have a smartphone, please provide the reservation number to the staff at the ticket counter. The reservation number consists of 6 digits and 1 letter.
  • If you would like to change your booking information, you can do so from the My Page section.
  • Please complete booking for the ferry service at least 30 minutes before the ferry departure time.

  • Reservations can be made from one month prior to departure until 4 hours before departure.

  • Please let us know the date, time, flight, number of people, and whether or not you will be using a vehicle and the type of vehicle.

    Travel agency
  • You can book through a travel agency called KKday (only for passengers not accompanied by a vehicle).
  • Please contact KKday’s customer service for cancellation, reservation changes, and other inquiries.

    Premium Seat
    Method Premium seats can only be reserved through online booking.
    If there are available seats, you can also purchase tickets at the counter on the day of departure.
    Group of more than 15 people
    Method Please book early by e-mail or on the hotline. Reservations can be made from six month prior to departure

    Possibility of
    Cancellation    		 We may cancel the ferry schedule due to bad weather. If the cancellation happens, we will send you a SMS message to notify every passenger who has made a booking for our ferry service.
